Key Responsibilities:
- P&L accountability for optimise revenue and cost management.
- Develop and execute revenue-driving strategies across multiple car parks.
- Lead and supervise a customer-centric team for smooth operations.
- Analyse financial data for data-driven decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with local partners, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in parking operations management.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Financial acumen with budget management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a parking context.
