Commercial Parts Advisor required in Plymouth.

• Global Commercial Company
• Up to £27,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday only!
• No Weekends

  We are currently working on behalf of a Global Commercial Group who have sites all over Europe! This client is currently seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team based in their depot in Plymouth. They are a company that believe that investing in their staff and as such they provide their Parts Advisor with regular training and development opportunities to enable the, to reach their full potential.   The successful Commercial Parts Advisor will be:

• Responding to customer queries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
• Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
• Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied.
• Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions.
• Ensuring that you accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information
• Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports.
• Vehicle parts look up and pre pick customer orders.
