Commercial Planner

Permanent – Full Time (Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.15am to 4.00pm)
Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA), one of the UK’s leading independent aerospace and industrial forgers, have an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Sales team as a Commercial Planner.

Reporting to the Supply Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning production orders, liaising with external customers and other departments, and providing administrative support to both the supply sales and production control team. This is a dynamic office-based role, within an environment consistently delivering above target sales figures in line with ambitious business growth plans.
Who are we looking for?
We would like our Commercial Planner to be experienced in planning and organising workloads, with good data inputting skills and a proactive approach. You will join us with brilliant customer service and telephone communication skills and can work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
A basic understanding of metallurgy, production or engineering would be beneficial for the role.
