Form of workCatch 22 is working with a healthcare organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Plumberwith suitable qualifications (Level 3 Plumbing) or experience in a similar role and cover healthcare establishments within Yorkshire.
The successful Commercial Plumber will have the following:
- Knowledge of PPM's and reactive building maintenance.
- Level 3 Plumbing qualification
- Qualified in other trades would be beneficial
- Some relevant training/knowledge within plumbing within commercial sites, ideally healthcare.
- A reasonable level of experience in an FM or building services maintenance position is essential.
- A Full driving licence.
- A pro-active attitude and excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
- The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
- Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working.
- A commitment to continuing professional development.
- Willing to partake in all building services disciplines.
