SalaryCommercial Plumber required for our client, an M+E Services provider who offer service, maintenance, repair and install services across the East Anglia area. They are currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a Commercial Plumber, who they would be looking to upskill to also work on commercial gas.
The Commercial Plumber / Maintenance Engineer will be tasked with the service, maintenance, repairs and installation of systems such as; hot and cold water systems, pipework, pumps, booster sets, water heaters, valves, thermostats, pressure testing, LTHW system etc. The Commercial Plumber must hold an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating (or equivalent).
The Commercial Plumber / Maintenance Engineer will attend commercial sites, throughout East Anglia, carrying out servicing and remedial works of existing plant rooms. The client, will be looking to put the successful candidate through their ACS commercial gas qualifications.
Commercial Plumber Position Overview
The Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer will travel throughout East Anglia to perform the service and repair to a number of different mechanical / plant room systems.
Commercial Plumber Position Requirements
- Experience carrying out servicing and repairs of plant-rooms e.g. pipework, boosters sets and pumps etc.
- Carrying out repairs and remedial works on commercial plumbing systems
- Based within Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex
- NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Commercial Plumber Position Remuneration
- £35,000 basic salary
- Company Van + Fuel Card
- Overtime (1.5x & 2x)
- Scope to upskill to ACS commercial gas
- 20 days holiday + BH (rising with service)
