SalaryTXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project around the UK. They are looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term contract.
Our client our working at a range of commercial and retail properties, so location isn't an issue. A van is required, however, mileage will be paid.
MAIN DUTIES
- Installation of mechanical plumbing and heating components.
- Some HVAC work.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
- Keep the customer up to date with progress and plans.
- Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.
Hours: Monday – Friday
Pay: £200 - £220 (CIS). Vehicle required (mileage is paid).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
- HVAC experience required.
- Gas tickets (preferred).
- Full current driving licence + van
- No spent or unspent criminal convictions.
