The team specialises in all aspects of property law in Scotland, dealing with acquisitions and disposals of all sizes, from the smallest industrial unit to large-scale developments.
This is a broad role that involves all aspects of general Commercial Property work, including:
Purchase and sale of land/buildings
Retail/general leasing
Property finance
The Scottish element of cross border transactions
Property due diligence
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and significant experience in handling sensitive and complex cases. There is also scope for progression to Legal Director level. Although this is a full-time role, candidates wishing to work 4 days a week would be considered.
