SalaryAre you a Commercial PropertyChartered Legal Executive or experienced fee earner looking for a broad caseload working with a range of clients and want to be based just outside York? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business working with a range of clients from small owner managed businesses through to large landlords and lenders.
This is a growth role in a quality team where you will work very closely with the Head of the Commercial Property Team.
The caseload is varied and will include, sale and purchase of properties, landlord and tenant, portfolio management, secured lending and corporate support. There could also be the opportunity for someone this fee earner to move into commercial development work if that is something of interest to you.
In addition to your strong Commercial Property fee earning experience you will need to be able to develop strong relationships with clients, ideally have some mentoring experience and be willing to get involved in marketing initiatives.
