Commercial Property Consultant

We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Consultant on behalf of one of our clients, who are a leading retail and leisure Commercial Property practice. Based in stunning offices in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham, this is a new role due to team expansion.

The main purpose of the role involves working with the team to generate and follow up enquiries, support with viewings and manage social media activity.

Responsibilities, duties and tasks:

· Taking and directing telephone, web and email enquiries

· Making outbound calls to prospective customers from warm leads.

· Recording and responding to new enquiries by sending out marketing brochures / providing basic information to callers.

· Managing existing pipeline to help progress previous enquiries.

· Undertaking & following up viewings.

· Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects as required.

· Delivering and exceeding daily/monthly KPI’s set by Management.

· Utilising, maintaining and improving the current database.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within estate agency and a genuine interest in the Property market.
