Senior Commercial Property Surveyor - Estate Agency

Based from Shoreditch, London

Starting salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending upon experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme; OTE £55,000 - £60,000 per annum in year 1

PLUS Zone 1 & 2 Travelcard

5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.15pm, Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm

Requirements

As a Commercial Property Surveyor your main responsibility will be to negotiate the sale and leasing of commercial properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Agent looking to develop their skills across all manner of commercial developments across London, as you will have the opportunity to be involved in some highly regarded projects.

Other duties will include

• Actively assisting the team in providing clients with experienced advice and assistance for the marketing and negotiating of terms on their commercial properties
• Arranging and conducting viewings and market valuations, negotiating deals and progressing the sale or let to completion
• Building successful long-term relationships with all clients, providing detailed and timely feedback and expert advice

The successful candidate will have/be;

• A minimum of 2-3 years of solid and recent experience working in Commercial Real Estate in the London market
• A strong understanding of the Commercial Property sector, including the London market, key legislation influencing the industry and marketing and sales strategies
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven and recent track record of successfully closing Commercial Property deals across London and the UK
• Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed and continually develop skills and expertise
• Considerate and trustworthy manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and build long standing relationships with colleagues and clients alike
