My client is looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to join their leading office in Brighton. They are a reputable firm and recognised as a leading firm in The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and they are renowned for their stand out strengths across all departments. The firm has long-established relationships with existing developers, investors, landlord and tenants, and all types of real estate, including offices, retail, leisure, hotels and industrial, whether that is for investment, development or occupation. You will be responsible for handing a varied caseload, including developments, refinances, acquisitions and drafting/negotiating leases, and reporting to the partners in the team. They offer ongoing training programmes and have a strong support team, so this will be a great career move for the successful candidate looking to advance their legal knowledge in this area and develop invaluable Commercial Property and development skills.
