Commercial Property Lawyer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly experienced, Legal 500 - ranked Commercial Property Department in Tamworth. This established practise have a strong client base across the local area, and the Wider West Midlands, and therefore always have a steady and reliable source of work in place.
We are looking for an organised, friendly and highly motivated individual to join a busy and high performing team to further develop their skills and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients with Commercial Property transactions. 
The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including:

• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Freehold Sales and Purchases
• Property Development Agreements
• Funding
• Pension Fund Transactions
• Agricultural / Rural Land matters

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years post qualification experience handling commercial conveyancing transactional work. Although NQ's with proven Commercial Property experience will also be considered.
This department consists of 5 experienced lawyers + support staff in place. There is considerable scope for progression with training and support from senior staff in place.  
Hybrid working available. Salary from £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
