Job Title: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Surrey – Hybrid Working of 1 day a week (or equivalent in a month) office presence
Rate: £50 umbrella per hour
Venn Groups specialist legal recruitment team are in collaboration with a Local Authority based in Surrey for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join their motivated team and provide advice on Commercial Property matters.
The role shall be for 25 hours per week, for 3 months initially, subject to a case by case evaluation and shall be on a hybrid working basis with a requirement of office presence for 1 day per week or the equivalent in the period of a month.
The ideal candidate will be either Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of CILEx with a strong track record in handling Commercial Property matters and will have extensive knowledge of public law.
Duties shall include:
- Provide expert advice and support to the Council on all Commercial Property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals and lease extensions
- Drafting
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx with public sector experience
- Proven track record in advising on Commercial Property matters
