Our Firm is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to enhance our Commercial Property Department. This vital role involves supporting our legal team in delivering top-tier services to our clients and contributing to the efficient management of Commercial Property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property Legal team.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and client files with precision.
- Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders in Commercial Property matters.
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and maintain a meticulous filing system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on Commercial Property law.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and procedures related to Commercial Property.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to client service.
