A successful firm is looking for a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join its well-established team in Rotherham.
The firm have been running for over 200 years and you will be working as part of the property team, providing support for both commercial and residential conveyancing instructions received from clients, and ensuring that the department is always running efficiently.

This well-respected and growing firm deliver high-quality work and an excellent service to clients.
You will be assisting fee earners in a variety of tasks including opening and closing conveyancing files, dealing with client correspondence, audiotyping and using the case management system.
You will also be maintaining fee earners diaries, recording all appointments/arranging meetings, processing invoices for billing and carrying out instructions through the Land Registry website.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Property Legal Secretary, be able to deal with clients confidently whilst executing the highest levels of client care, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal with multiple tasks in a timely manner.
