Commercial Property Manager - Basingstoke - Hybrid working - c£45k
We’re working with a long established and highly regarded independent property consultancy known for its agency, management and surveying services across London and the South East.
Multi-award winning and steeped in traditional service values, they now seek a competent, client focused Commercial Property Manager as follows:
- Working out of a Basingstoke office base (following training in Weybridge), with some home working once settled
- Surrey centric portfolio, with some outlying sites in Prime/Central London.
- Dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property management, including but not limited to maintenance, inspections, compliance (FRA, EPC, EICR etc), lease matters, insurance, client liaison, service charges and landlord & tenant (lease renewals etc.)
- Highly literate with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as amongst other in-house professionals (Surveyors, Agency etc.)
- Professional qualifications desirable but not essential
- Stable career background, demonstrable track record in successful commercial portfolio management (ideally 5 years+)
- IT / systems savvy, experience of QUBE advantageous but not essential (training provided)
The successful Commercial Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £45k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance. In addition, the successful Commercial Property Manager will be entitled to 25 days holiday to start alongside a company pension.
