Responsibilities within your new role
The core responsibilities for this role involve adeptly handling inquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors. You will be tasked with generating invoices for both tenants and landlords, offering guidance on property maintenance matters, and efficiently addressing and documenting maintenance issues through the initiation of appropriate work orders. Handling deposit returns, managing safety certificates, and overseeing the processing and authorisation of invoice payments are integral aspects of the position. Furthermore, ensuring effective communication within the team by keeping them informed about pertinent issues is a crucial responsibility.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
You will have extensive experience in managing commercial properties, with additional experience in residential factoring being highly beneficial. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated and capable of working off your own initiative within a small but ambitious team.
