Home-based position
Monday to Friday role
£50,000 - £60,000

25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Home-based position being responsible for the management of several commercial units across the South West
Day to day tenant and landlord liaison in regards to reactive repairs and on going property maintenance
Asset Management with a view to maintaining and improving asset value
Overseeing dilapidations claims
Ensuring timely rent and service charge collection
Dealing with contract renewals to ensure competitive pricing achieved for service charge
Ensuring the maintenance of an accurate and up to date property data base enabling the storage and retrieval of documents, records, legal papers and H&S certification
Assisting with service charge budgets
Organising the structure needed to implement to ensure RICS practise statements and guidance are complied with
Ideally based in the South West/Gloucestershire/Wiltshire due to the occasional travel to site
RICS qualified is a must
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position/facilities management
Need to be able to drive and have a full driving licence and car
Excellent communication skills
Relationship-building abilities
Customer service and client management skills
Time management – able to manage your own diary/workload
Possess a proficient level of Numeracy skills
Maintaining quality of work and professional attitude when under pressure
