Commercial Property Manager
* We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager who understands property management accounts and service charges and service charge budgets is also comfortable dealing with day to day Commercial Property management issues.
* This role is either being offered as part time for someone looking to work for 3 days per week from 8.45am to 5.45pm or shorter hours doing 5 days per week so we are open minded and flexible.

* You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Commercial Property, from standard retail, offices to Industrial Units.
Commercial Property Manager
* Perform effective management of the Commercial property portfolio including rented premises and service charges.
* Communicating with clients on a regular basis.
* Deal with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries, ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants.
* Carry out periodic property inspections and reporting thereon.
* Negotiating assignments/subletting of leases, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Commercial Property Manager
* A calm, unflappable person, with strength of character (required when dealing with issues like return of deposits or repairs required to a property) Systematic approach with strong administrative skills.
* Problem solver.
* Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Remuneration
* £21,000 to £23,000.
