Commercial Property Paralegal

Our top legal client are currently searching for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in Market Deeping on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:

• Managing a varied Commercial Property caseload.
• Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns.
• Utilising Land Registry Portal.
• Using search provider such as Infotrack to order searches.
• Preparing financial statements and completion statements.
• Preparing CPSEs and replies to enquiries.
• Title review, raising enquiries.
• Preparing reports on title.
• Drafting Leases, licences and ancillary documents.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous Commercial Property paralegal experience.
• Previous experience managing their own Commercial Property caseload is desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Law grade 2:1 or above.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Confident in their abilities.
