We are recruiting for a leading and longstanding North East firm who is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to be based in their central Newcastle office.
You will focus on assisting the team with a range of transactions and administrative tasks and it will give you excellent exposure to really high-quality work.
This role will see the successful candidate sit within the Commercial Property team assisting experienced Commercial Property solicitors and legal executives with their portfolios, landlord and tenant work, investment transactional work, real estate development and general Commercial Property work.
You will be a pivotal member of the team and daily duties include opening and closing files, liaising with clients, assisting with business development initiatives and any other administrative tasks.

The firm is going through an exciting period of growth over the next few years, so this is a very exciting time to be joining the firm with development opportunities available in the future.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have upwards of 12 months residential property or Commercial Property experience, have strong communication skills, a team approach and a willingness to really get involved with the work.
