This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Secretary to provide support to the Commercial Property administration team as well as fee earners. This role offers variety and would suit a person who has worked in a similar position.
THE ROLE:
Your role will include but not be limited to:
Providing secretarial and administrative support to an admin team and fee earners
Ensuring clients queries are dealt with efficiently
Receiving telephone calls from clients and ensuring these are dealt with accordingly
Digital dictation
Dealing with general administrative support to the team as and when needed
Receiving and archiving of company case files
Office based, full time working hours (part time may be negotiable for a strong candidate)
IT literate to training up on in house systems
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is looking for someone with strong Commercial Property experience who is able to deliver :
Confident and efficient typing skills.
Strong administrative skills and being able to support a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with client queries.
Strict organisational skills and able to work to deadlines.
Most importantly, the successful candidate must understand the importance of confidentiality and security in the role
