Commercial Property Solicitor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Commercial Property Department in Warwick. Based in the heart of the town centre this practice are well regarded and have a strong client base from across the local area and the wider West Midlands, therefore there will always be a steady & reliable source of work in place. 
We are looking for an experienced, friendly and highly motivated individual to join a busy and fast-growing team who will provide a quality legal service, assisting clients with Commercial Property transactions. 
The role will typically assist with
•    Acquisitions and disposals
•    Creating and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants
•    Deeds of Grant
•    Deeds of Variation
•    Deeds of Assignment
•    Overage Agreements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience handling commercial conveyancing transactional work. Experience of business development and the ability to forge relationships with new & existing clients will also be essential. 
This department consists of 5 lawyers + support staff with support in place and provided by the Directors. There is scope for progression within the department and a clear pathway to becoming a Senior Solicitor or Director. 
Full-time and Part-time hours available. Salary to £60,000
