JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: NQ – 3 years
LOCATION: East Sussex
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits
THE ROLE:
In this role, you will manage your own caseload and collaborate closely with the Partners on a diverse range of Commercial Property transactions. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating leases, handling acquisitions, refinances, and developments. This position offers extensive training and support, with opportunities to work alongside industry leaders, enhancing your legal expertise and Commercial Property skills.
THE CANDIDATE:
The role requires a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ to 3 years’ PQE. You should be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for working as part of a busy team. You should have sound working knowledge of Commercial Property law, excellent IT skills and the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
