Form of workMy client is a Legal 100 law firm that is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Bristol whose focus is within the clean and renewable energy sector. This team are recognised leaders in this field with a wealth of experience.
The role will involve:
- Advising and drafting elements of an option, lease and renewable energy development
- The role will include working with a range of clients
- Developer, owner-operator, funder, and investor clients
- Across solar, storage, EV infrastructure
- Renewable and clean energy projects

Your experience:
- Qualified solicitor circa 1 year’s PQE
- Strong Commercial Property background ideally with knowledge working in the renewable energy sector
