Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire (Hybrid)
Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:15, 35 hours per week
The Client:
Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of legal services catering to both individual and business clients.
The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in Commercial Property transactions.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
* Experience in various Commercial Property transactions, with a focus on rural and agricultural work.
* Qualified in Scots Law.
* Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
* Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
