The ideal candidate will be able to manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance, and development projects. This position promises exposure to high-calibre work and the chance to advise a varied client base, from SMEs to large corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of Commercial Property issues.
- Draft, negotiate and review Commercial Property documentation.
- Conduct due diligence and liaise with all parties involved in property transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices within Commercial Property law.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years PQE in Commercial Property law.

- Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships.
