JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
HOURS: Full time, Hybrid working. (Or fully office)
SALARY: £40K - £80K DOE
LOCATION: Shrewsbury

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* Playing a vital roles in establishing and growing the Commercial Property department.
* Manage a suitable case load of varying Commercial Property work.
* Generate new work for the commercial department.
* Ensure all activity is completed in accordance with SLAs.
* Attend dedicated training sessions, 121s, and team meetings.
* Respond quickly and efficiently to all client's needs and requests.
* Achieve individual and team KPIs and targets.
* Be compliant with all regulations and company policies at all times
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Experienced in a wide range of Commercial Property work
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Consistently make client service delivery your priority
* Able to thrive and in a fast paced environment.
* Organised and efficient
* Ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic can do presence to the business.
