SalaryEventus Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, reputable law firm in the Burnley area. This is a permanent, full-time job with the option to work remotely on a hybrid basis. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be required to manage their own caseload, dealing with a range of Commercial Property matters and deliver outstanding client care. This will be a varied role within an excellent team of friendly, knowledgeable and supportive professionals. Your caseload will include the following matters:
- Sale and purchase of Commercial Property and land
- Overage and development clawback agreements
- Easements
- Planning agreements
- Option agreements
- Property mortgaging/finance
Person Specification
Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors with a solid background in Commercial Property matters. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Commitment to providing excellent client service
- Strong client-facing skills with a confident and empathetic approach
- Organised with effective time management skills
- Strong administration and IT skills
- A proven ability to work as part of a team
