As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be collaborating with senior lawyers and handling diverse Commercial Property matters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties.
• Handle landlord and tenant work.
• Manage an independent caseload or collaboratively with the team.
• Engage in property development matters.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
• Experience in diverse Commercial Property work.
• Capability to manage an independent caseload.
• Commercial acumen and efficiency in task progression.
• Skilled in IT.
