Their Commercial Property team is one of the largest in the region, providing a comprehensive range of services to esteemed clients.

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the successful Commercial Property Team based in the Salisbury office. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience and a background in Commercial Property work from either a city or leading regional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake various aspects of Commercial Property work, including freehold sales and purchases, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Provide expert advice to clients, ranging from local businesses to household brand names, on a wide range of Commercial Property issues.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client service and achieve positive outcomes.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and pragmatism in approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 0-4 PQE in Commercial Property law.
- Strong knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant matters, freehold transactions, and general Commercial Property work.
- Commercially focused mindset with a pragmatic approach to legal matters.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and deliver excellent client service.
