Working with lenders, corporate and private owners, and property companies

MRICS qualified

RICS Registered Valuer

Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail

Good time management

Clean PII claims record for last 6 years

Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Knowledge of business valuation, development appraisals, or professional work (rent reviews and lease renewals)

Track record of business development
