SalaryOur client is recruiting an associate to join its Real Estate department.
The department handles a broad range of Real Estate work and includes teams dedicated to property litigation, construction and environmental. The main areas of expertise are:
- Development
- Investment
- Corporate occupiers (including retail/office/industrial)
- Banking
Clients include mid-tier businesses (whether quoted or owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.
The successful candidate should possess strong academics and high quality experience typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice. You will be expected to work with a number of partners within the group, in small and occasionally larger teams, as well as running cases with minimal supervision.
Excellent supervision, coaching and training are offered.
An appetite for business development will be a definite advantage.
