Commercial Service Desk Coordinator
Full Time Permanent Onsite
Location South Dublin
Our client provides market-leading life safety solutions. They are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Service Desk Coordinator to join their team. This position involves managing and scheduling daily tasks for service and maintenance engineers, ensuring efficient route planning and capacity distribution.

The ideal candidate will need the following:

  • Experience in a a similar role 2 years
  • Strong telephone and personal customer service skills
  • Solid Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid ability to work independently and as a team player


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Refer jobs to stores for parts and sales for quotes as needed.
  • Prepare daily call planners for engineers, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Schedule daily calls for engineers to optimise routes and capacity.
  • Monitor service and maintenance call completions via mobile interface.
  • Maintain communication with engineers for proper call handling and referral.
  • Manage call queues and monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Compile weekly KPI reports.
  • Coordinate with third-party subcontractors to deliver quality services within deadlines.
  • Lead and participate in training programs for new products and services.
  • Follow and enforce procedures for Service Desk operations.
  • Deliver first-class service to clients and ensure seamless cooperation with the rest of the company.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Service Desk logs and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Report urgent issues and complaints to management.
