Commercial Service Manager - Truck Vehicle Dealership
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 Basic + Car + Bonuses
Are you an experienced Commercial Service Manager with a passion for trucks and a proven track record in dealership management? Our client a Commercial Mechanical Dealership are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their Management team at a leading Commercial Vehicle Dealership based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:

• Service Department Leadership: Lead and manage the Commercial Service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
• Team Management: Oversee a skilled team of service technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Financial Management: Take ownership of departmental budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that service operations adhere to industry standards and regulations, maintaining a focus on delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a Commercial Service department, preferably in the automotive or truck industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Knowledge of truck systems, diagnostics, and maintenance practices.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in automotive or related fields.
