In this role you will be drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial matters including agency and distribution agreements, advertising, sponsorship and marketing agreements, IT contracts including software development, maintenance and support agreements, advising in relation to intellectual property and many more. The successful candidate should ideally be 5+years' PQE. However, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
