SalaryThe South East’s leading independent surveying practice and agency is growing their team and they a looking to recruit two degree qualified surveyors, one senior surveyor and one junior surveyor, to join their commercial team in Tunbridge Wells.

If you are already an experienced Commercial Surveyor then this is particularly exciting as one of the reasons for this hire is not just around expansion but also around succession planning and there is a genuine opportunity to becoming a divisional manager and in the medium to long term an equity partner in the practice when you succeed the incumbent commercial partner who has one eye on retirement.
If you are a junior surveyor then you will be supported and trained up to the very highest standards and given the opportunity to develop your career. Ideally you will already be MRICS but if not they will support that training as well. The minimum criteria is that you have a relevant degree and a passion for property and surveying. As a person they are looking for somebody will enjoy a family centric business where you support each other and look to deliver the best quality service for your clients.
