Commercial Training & Development Manager - Neurology - EMEA - UK based

A new opportunity exists for a Commercial Training & Development Manager to manage and drive the delivery of training at a local/ cross country level for all countries within their Neurology business unit.
As such you will lead, develop and manage the countries Learning and Development provision, including:
- Support in delivering Neurology EMEA Commercial Training and sales force effectiveness initiatives
- Support and lead the delivery of product, disease area, and competitor training for the launch of an new Alzheimer's product across the region
- Identify training/development needs of the sales force, managers, and other commercial team members and design and deliver effective learning and development solutions
- Design professional skills training solutions at an EMEA level and support country implementation
- Engage with the EMEA Neurology Business Group (NBG) Team members to effectively plan the required training and work with the Commercial Effectiveness Director, NBG, and Commercial Training and Development Managers in NBG across EMEA to ensure consistent implementation in the EMEA countries
The ideal qualifications and experience are:
- Excellent track record and sustained experience in pharmaceutical healthcare training
- Proven track record of delivering high quality training related work with tangible outcomes
- Sound understanding of Neurology preferred
- First line sales management or Training or Marketing skills preferred
- Experience in developing and maintaining training partner(s), with cultural understanding
- Able to get on with others, a team-player having the ability to work within a team & independently
- Ability to function in and influence key stakeholders in matrix organisation
- Willingness to travel.
Excellent Basic plus car allowance, healthcare, pension + bonus.
