Commercial Training Manager

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Training Manager to join the training department of our client with a commitment to upskilling the next generation and delivering social values.

The Role:

As the Commercial Training Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Delivering a range of Construction and Roofing NVQs (Level 2 to Level 7).
• Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver a range of Commercial Training qualifications for the Construction and Roofing industry.
• Planning and mapping NVQ delivery to ensure core mandatory and optional modules are integrated.
• Assisting in the management of associate assessors at a national level.
• Marketing the suite of qualifications to contractors and installers nationally.
• Ensuring candidates' portfolios and evidence of teaching, learning, and assessment are demonstrable and fit for quality assurance procedures.
• Keeping abreast of technical innovation and industry focus to continuously improve the company's services.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Training Manager role should have:

• Level 3 Award in Education (AET) and or Assessor Course (A1)
• Extensive experience of designing and delivering training programmes (on-site assessment)VTCT Level 3 Certificate on Assessing Vocational Achievement (QCF)
• Proven experience in delivering Training Programmes in Construction.
• Experience of working in construction.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Understanding of NFRC, CITB developments and new guidelines
