The Role

As a Portfolio Underwriter, you will:

• Manage and develop a profitable portfolio of P&C insurance business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive business growth.
• Utilise your expertise in binders to enhance our underwriting processes and ensure compliance.
• Analyse risk and make informed underwriting decisions to optimise portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative insurance products and solutions.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Portfolio Underwriter in the P&C space.
• Extensive knowledge of working with binders.
• Strong broker connectivity and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
