Commercial Valuation Surveyor

I am currently working on behalf of an exceptional real estate company that stands out for its unparalleled expertise, customer-centric approach, and extensive industry experience. With a proven track record of successful transactions and a team of dedicated professionals, they offer tailored solutions to meet every client's unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and maximum satisfaction. They are looking for an experience Associate Director to join the Alternative Valuations team based in Birmingham.

You will be taking ownership on a large portfolio of clients and actively engaging with new clients to continue to grow and build relationships. The role has the potential to continue to expand with the right person driving this.

• Conduct thorough valuations of hotels, resorts, and leisure properties, utilising your expertise in the field. Analysing market trends, financial data, and operational metrics to provide accurate and insightful valuation reports.
• You will be working across loan security, alternatives, company account valuations, diminution valuations and fund valuations and will have extensive experience across these.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and market developments, ensuring our valuations align with the latest standards.
