Commercial Vehicle Technician

• Basic Salary up to £20.47 an hour (£48,500 before shift allowance / overtime)
• Shift allowance for later shifts is +15% = £25.50 an hour.
• Shift hours:
• Week 1 = 6:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday, Week 2 = 2:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Thursday and Friday = 2:30pm - 10pm
• Saturday Morning Overtime is available.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive well known and highly respected franchised dealership based in the Leicester area.
 
The successful Commercial Vehicle Technician can expect a salary of up to £45,000 with OTE of circa £55,000.
Our Client is looking for a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time Commercial Vehicle Technician position and our Client is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician.

Typical Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs or LCVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation
• Vehicle Inspection

Requirements of this Commercial Vehicle Technician vacancy:

• Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / LCV Fitter role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence
