Commis Chef – Hotel

GBP24,000+ GBP2,000 per annum guaranteed service charge payment paid quarterly + Overtime after 40 hours per week

5 Red Star Hotel with 3–AA rosette fine dining restaurant and the 2–AA rosette brasserie–style restaurant

Candidate should be able to drive

The role:

• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
• Assisting other Chefs
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Commis chef in a quality / fine dining restaurant / hotel
