Role
To assist senior chefs in the production and presentation of food following recipes and specifications set by the Head Chef
You will possess good spoken and written English, be able to effectively take direction and have strong attention to detail.
You will have a passion for food using fresh, seasonal quality produce.
Must have
a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
Excellent knife skills
Own transport due to rural location
