They operate a 5-day kitchen rota, crafting all their dishes from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu is a rolling masterpiece, and they take pride in pushing culinary boundaries to create memorable dining experiences.
? Working Hours:
- 48-hour week
- Straight shifts
- All within a 5-day operation
