£26,000 per annum, (£24,000 + £2,000 per annum guaranteed service charge) + 40 hrs per week with paid overtime

Join Darrell Wilde, our Executive Chef and his team creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. Our Kitchen Brigade creates dishes for our 3 Rosette Grillroom, 2 Rosette Reflections Restaurant as well as our Banqueting, Room Service and Lounge operations.

The Role

• Working with a team of 16 chefs and 5 Kitchen Porters

• Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service including weekend working (5 days per week)
• Gain quality experience in a fresh food environment.
• The passion and drive to respond to training and support and to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade who continue to develop award winning dishes.

Requirements

• Quality experience in a fresh food environment
• A desire to gain experience and the passion for learning to create rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
• Ability to work flexible shifts. 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, your choice.
• Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment.
• Team player with an ability and desire to contribute to the team’s success.
• Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
