```Duties```
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef or senior kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in supervising and training junior kitchen staff

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field
