We're seeking a passionate individual to join our client's team as a Commissioning Home Manager for a state-of-the-art Nursing home near Bristol. This Commissioning role comes with an attractive salary of £80,000 plus bonus, as well as a great benefit package
In this role, you'll play a vital part in commissioning a brand-new home, working closely with commissioning and regional manager. Your input will shape the dynamics of the rooms and communal living spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of comfort and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, mentor, and induct staff into the home.
- Recruit new staff for our newly built home.
- Develop quality and improvement plans, exceeding company and CQC requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives, conducting investigations and root cause analyses.
- Utilize your experience in elderly care and care home management to uphold excellent CQC standards.
Requirements:
- Elderly Care Experience with Good CQC Ratings
- Background in Care Home Management, supporting other managers in nursing or residential care homes.
- Proven track record as a Home Manager with good or improved CQC reports
- Nursing Qualification is essential.
