Salary: Circa £45-50k DOE with OTE of £58k+ (Overtime and Company Bonus Scheme)

My client, a leading player in Separation and Flow Technology (SFT), is looking for a talented individual to join their UK Service team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full technical assessments of assigned projects, including reviewing installation GA drawings, PIDs, and related EPLAN.
- Review control functional descriptions and data exchanges; plan full system integration with the automation engineer.
- Prepare commissioning documentation and liaise with customers and project teams to determine site conditions and equipment integration.
- Resolve issues through collaboration with internal and external contacts.
- Review process warranties and plan necessary conditions to meet requirements.
- Escalate technical concerns promptly and lead technical discussions with clients to ensure installation completeness.
- Supervise on-site equipment installation, conduct mechanical assembly, and perform full mechanical assessments.
- Perform electrical inspections and full I/O checks of the installation.
- Commission control panels and installed instrumentation, including setup and scaling.
- Configure HMIs and drive units, conduct dry start-ups, and perform all commissioning and alarm checks.
- Optimize process commissioning, conduct product trials, and perform CIP tests.
- Finalize commissioning with sign-off and handover to the client, compiling final documentation.
- Adhere to QSHE requirements and company Health & Safety policies.
- Support the service team as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements
**Required:**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commissioning or servicing separation or process equipment.
- Proven mechanical and electrical competency.
- Experience in process engineering.
- Basic automation skills are advantageous.
**Advantageous:**
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and project teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required by the project.
