Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Commissioning Home Manager for their beautiful new luxury Nursing Home based in Margate, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider with all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.

• Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
• Stage Two - Video call interview with the SMT

The Candidate:

• Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within Nursing Homes
• Care home commissioning experience
• Great clinical oversight
• Possess strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communicative skills
• Demonstrate excellent leadership
• Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
• Driving license and own vehicle are required

Location:
The care home is based in Margate and is commutable from Westgate-on-Sea, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Ash, Herne Bay, Canterbury, Whitstable, Dover, and surrounding areas.
